Sorrento Coast is easly reached thanks to its proximity
to the city of Naples (Airport - Train station) and thanks to highways that quickly connect to the rest of Italy.

BUSSES FROM SORRENTO
Public busses, named SITA or UNICO COSTIERA, are cheap and fairly efficient.
The main bus terminal is Sorrento, where all the buses arrive and depart from here, connecting with Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agata and Amalfi coast (Positano, Amalfi, Ravello ect...).
Other small buses provide transport within the towns.
VERY IMPORTNT - you need to purchase the ticket before getting on the bus (in some bars, tabacchi shops etc...) and clipped into the machine next to the driver as you boarding, otherwise you will be fined. Also make a clear signal that you want to catch the bus as they do not always automatically stop at all the stops. When checking the timetable, you should be aware of the days on which busses runs: Feriale means working days Monday to Saturdays, Festivo means Sunday and public holidays.
Unico Costiera is the new ticket for tourists that allows to travel all around the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts. The 24 Hours / 3 Days tickets are valid for unlimited number of trips on SITA Buses on the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento area.

FERRY FROM SORRENTO
Ferries and Hydrofoils operate daily (summer seasons only) a long the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast connecting the villages of Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Salerno, Naples, Capri Island and Ischia Island. The tickets can be purchased at the ticket box office situated in the main port of Sorrento.
