Helpful tips to book a vacation villa with Villa Rental Hols :

Start searching a villa or an apartment for your holiday from "Vacation Rental list".
If interested in a specific area, make a search by town from the top of the list.

By clicking on property name, it opens the villa/apartment section details :
Description - Pictures - Trariffs - Up dated availability - Booking form.

Clicking on "Book Now" tab you are able to select the date of your vacation rental from the calendar, and fill in the form in order to submit your reservation.

Should you require further details or have questions in regards of the vacation villa/apartment please use the Queries Tab or the Queries link next to the property images.

Once the booking request has been sent, we will forward our confirmation email for your reservation with a link to secure payment.
NOTE> : 30% Deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.

How secure it is the payment ?

Payment details are 100% secure, as all payments transaction, by all major credit cards, are conducted on Paypal's secure servers.

Can I make a midweek booking, for example Monday to Monday?

Most of our vacation villa or apartments are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
If you wish to start your holiday on a diferent week day, please make a specific request to our reservations department who will endeavour to offer the best possible availability.

How do I check-in to the villa/apartment?

Upon receipt of full payment, we will forward your final confirmation with vacation rental documentation including travel directions, name and phone number for your holiday contact in place. Inorder to have a smooth check-in please contact us via email or by phone  informing us about your  travel plane with approx arrival time.  

Does keyholder speaks english?

Our local staff speaks english/Italian/French and has good knowledge of the area for helpfull tips.

What is a welcome hamper ?

We recommend the welcome pack service for guests arriving late evening or Sundays, which most of grocery shops are closed. Please contact us a list a week before your starting holiday to order your welcome pack with the food shopping lis,t in order to find it at your villa upon arrival.
Note : This service is on request and incurs a fee of  € 20,00. 

Are towels and linen provided at the self catering property?

Bed linen and bath towels  are provided.  You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool or the beach, unless otherwise stated within the property description.

What happens if hot water does not work?

We do inspect the properties on regular basis, making sure all is in order and in full functioning condition.
However if you have a problem during your stay you can contact our local representatives (24/7 on call) and report as soon as possible to enable them to resolve the issue.
